how is it pirating? if a fighter signs a contract with a promoter, and that contract is up, then that fighter is a free agent. any promoter out there is eligible to sign him.

Dude his contract will expire in June and Top Rank has the exclusive right to exercise it's options on a 1 year contract extension before Donaire could even talk to other promoters. That is what Arum, Top Rank and Donaire agreed upon before he signed with Top Rank after he became "free agent" during his Gary Shaw days.

i believe in nonito's skill and future, but now he has 2 burned bridges with Gary Shaw and Bob Arum. Forget about fights with Moreno, Gamboa, Darchinyan, Juanma now. All that's left is Mares, Perez. Biggest doable fight out there for him now is maybe chris john, but he won't make money off that fight. he obviously took the work and get paid now route rather than the build up and 2-3 mega fights with gamboa and juanma.

Since I hear that Arum, Trampler, Goodman and Moretti are some of the biggest whores in the business and then on the other side you have Donaire and his "Fat Pig" manager Cameron Dunkin along with his want to be "Jinkee Pacquiao" wife, it's really hard to pick sides here?
