that being said, if cotto had stayed in the middle of the ring more and not get caught on the ropes, then he could have pulled out the decision. didnt go to the body at all either.
      That's an excellent assessment.

I think Antonio better sit his ass down somewhere.

I can Imagine Cotto busting him up now.

I think he would swing over top of the ref like
        Tyson did Savarese.

I agree, Cotto's training for this fight should be a replica of Mosley's fight(clinch is a priority), since a prime Cotto couldnt make Margarito go backwards.

Cheato is saying that because he knows he will not win without his plaster/energiser pills.

                Which one?

                I agree with his commentary.

But does he really believe it?
lol was thinking the same thing. The first thing that came to my mind after reading title was hype.

Stewart said it the best, the only way Cotto beats Marg is if he pushes him backwards, you really think he can do that?
look you cant back up a volume pressure fighter if you have dont have serious power (which cotto doesnt, maragrito absorbed all his punches). Cotto needs to learn to clinch to beat margarito, just like mosley did which helped him win (but cotto refuses to use clinch technique as he wants to entertain fans).

I think this is Margarito just trying to kiss Cotto's ass so Cotto goes ahead and makes the fight. He knows Cotto is pissed off at him and is trying to soften him enough to take the fight.

As far as technically, Steward said the reason Cotto lost was because he never sat down on his punches, he was always on the move. I beg to differ. In the first few rounds, Cotto would get backed up and nail Margarito hard and spin away with ease. The problem is he never hit him more than once because when stayed still, he got hit back. For Cotto to win, he's got to be constantly moving and in the first fight, he did that perfectly until he got tired. Once he got tired in the 6th round, he stopped moving and that's when Margarito racked his body and he was never the same. Cotto better be in tip-top shape and be able to move for 12 rounds because as Margarito proved against Pacquiao, no matter how hard or how many times you hit him, he is going to keep coming...
