There isn't a thing surgical about him lol. He jabs, jumps to cling to his opponent with his sole intention to tire him out with his body weight, then eventually throws a right hand and KO's the guy he is fighting. He threw I think 1 or 0 body punch in his last fight and around 1000 clinches where he could have easily landed a KO shot
The round after he put Povetkin down the 3 times, there was a punch Wlad hit the guy with that was sending him to the canvas, but Wlad clinching held him up. It was hilarious.
