Mosley is debatable, I couldn't tell you that because I have always been a huge fan of Mosley's power, but no chance does Pacquiao hit harder than Saul. Pacquiao's looking impressive because of the type of competition he is fighting, and his great speed. His power is over rated, and if you're talking about the Hatton fight, Floyd was able to put him to sleep and he isn't exactly a bomb thrower.

Hatton wasn't put to sleep in the Mayweather fight. Mayweather stopped him but Hatton wasn't put to sleep. I'd say Pacquiao's power is overrated but he does have pop. Not many people have hurt Margarito.

Yes, they were terrible performances. Those are fights Cotto was supposed to win so that he appears to not be shot. How big of a threat was feather fisted Foreman? How big of a threat is shot 3 pack a day Mayorga? No threat at all. But it's enough to put him in with Pacquiao so he can get destroyed - stepping stone. It's enough to justify putting him in with Canelo to get destroyed - stepping stone.

Bob will put him in with "the next big thing" and with a win streak the fight is easier to sell. Cotto is a stepping stone and he was "fed" to Manny Pacquiao.
