Of course Berto is going to fight Hatton.This guy Berto makes me sick.Dude youve been a belt holder in the hottest division for 3 and a half years now HOW ABOUT IT,A TOP TEN GUY,GOD FORBID.I mean this cat HAS to be the most protected belt holder in the HISTOY of the sport.The real sad part is he fights NOTHING but jr welters moving up and STILL doesnt fight them,he hits then holds on ,hits then grabs on ALL FIGHT.I know that theyre worried about Bertos china chin,I mean when your dropped twice and almost kod in the ameteurs with the big gloves and headgear and when light hitting Cosme Rivera Drops you (I remeber during that fight on espn the announcers said Bertos kryptonite is his chin or lack thereof) YOUR TEAM is going to be extra cautious.Still how long are we supposed to wait for him to fight someone,in fact its HBOS fault that this bore who cant fill in 2ooo seats despite being seen on hbo by millions of fans still gets a million and a half to fight tomatoe cans.Remember when he steppped up and fought the number 10 WELTERWEIGHT in the world light hitting Collazo,HE got a big time gift in that one.Then he finally signs to fight Molsey ,who handled Collazo with ease, and im thinking he wont ACTUALLY fight this guy,well I was right with over 2 MONTHS STILL TO GO untill the fight Berto pulls out because his SECOND COUSIN died in Haiti.Margirito looses his brother an hour before a club fight for 500 dollars and he still fought, NOW THATS A WARRIOR.Now BERTO is saying Mannys fighting BUMS ,dude you sound like the clown you are ,Manny came up from 106 lbs he LITERALLY cant get higher than 150 lbs ON FIGHT NIGHT and hes still fighting guys that make you p**S your pants I mean we saw what happened with Mosley.Quick question for Andre ,why not reschedual the fight like Mosley wanted?Because you knew you were in over your head when you SIGNED to fight Mosley and you were looking for a way out or YOU WOULD have reschedualed.Lets look at Mannys opponents Cotto,Oscar,Clottey,Margirito-and in this corner we have Miki rodrigez,Noberto bravo,Michael trebant,Stevie forbes,THESE ARE TITLE DEFENCES!!!Before anyone says Manny weight drains guys ,whats Berto doing bringing them ACTUALLY OUT OF THEIR WEIGHT CLASS TO FIGHT A BIGGER DUDE IS WAY WORSE !!If HBO wants to flourish ,forget signing the fighters and just sign the fights-Berto,Popkins now Broner Andre Ward these HIT AND HOLD safety first fighters cant draw flys fans want action.

European welterweight champion Matthew Hatton was told by Golden Boy Promotions CEO, Richard Schaefer, that he'll try to get him a shot at WBC champion Andre Berto, possible in the summer. Berto is going to defend his title against Golden Boy fighter Victor Ortiz on April 16. Hatton put on such a gutsy performance in his loss to Saul Alvarez last Saturday in Anaheim, California, that HBO wants to bring him back in another big fight.

Please do it Berto, B/c if you do it will officially be at the point where it's way more fun ****ting on you than watching your fights. It will be next to impossible for Berto to regain credibility if he does something like this. And he certainly won't be any closer to the Pacquiao sweepstakes if he does. An embarassment.
