it doesn't matter what division they fight, JMM would still pose problems for Pac stylistically

only difference is Pac can carry his power at 147 while JMM cannot, however that doesn't mean that JMM would lose to any 147 fighter today

but then again, JMM has tasted Pac's power at least in lower weights but still got up & won rounds against him
    lol to say the least

ain't it ironic cotto use to "beat people up" according to lampley. "beating people up" doesn't guarantee victory.

i prefer the cotto fight at 154 lbs.

cotto's strap is real and mofos keep saying pac weight drained cotto. also the belt pac won against marg at 154 lbs was a farce.

          its all just bs.
Everytime I see this it is ridiculous!!!!! The champion doesn't go to the challengers weight class, to suit him. If Marquez wants the fight and a shot at the title he will fight Pacquiao where he sees fit.

Do you think if the tables were turned Marquez would accomodate Pacquiao amd fight him wher he is more comforatable. Hell No!!!!!!!!!! That is just ******!!!!!! Thats part of the perks of being the champion.

yeah he's too small but he fights at Welterweight anyway so whats the problem with Marquez getting a shot at a WBO Welterweight belt?

both of them would be 143-144lbs on the weigh in anyway. So why go to 140?

Just make Pacquioa/Marquez 147 so both of them are able to train and fight at their natural weight without having to drain themselves. Pacquioa will show up weighing 147 on fight night whether the fight is made at 140 or 147. What's the point of making it 140? If it was any other welterweight, I could see how 147 would be a huge disadvantaged for Marquez since most welterweights are at least 155 on fight night. But Pacquioa doesn't drain himself to make weight so he'll only have a few pounds on Marquez at fight night eitherway.

Pac-JMM will always be a close fight regardless of the weight

though i knew Pac will win, im not thoroughly convinced that he will do it in the same fashion he did his last 3 fights

Cotto did nothing in the first fight to warrant a rematch with Pac.

                      Um, theyre both champions.

and Marquez looked terrible at 147lbs. youre asking him to jump two weight classes to fight Pacquiao.
Just meet in the middle, since both of them dont fit 147lbs anyway.
