Pacquiao wouldn't fight Cotto at 154, it would be at least a 150 catchweight and JMM shouldn't fight Pac at 147, the fight should be nearer 140, JMM gets destroyed at 147.

AS IF Team Pacquiao would dare go to 154 against Cotto. Maybe some BS catchweight but they would never let Cotto or anyone else come in at 154. Damn, they would probably make Martinez come to 150. Pathetic

And why is JMM at 147 being considered? When JMM fought at 142 it was clearly too much for him! Why doesn't Pac fight Berto at 147? Or Bradley even?

1st, Marquez at 147, pacquiao nor marquez are gonna weigh in at 147, so if they both come in at the same weight 143 ish i can dig it, i want another fight, just as a fan.

cotto at 154 sounds intriguing IF he dispatches Mayorga and Margarito.

But berto could get it, but his team aint really put him on the map, fighting ortiz is a good step towards that, cus no one's gonna know ur name when you fight that one dude.

and bradley IF he gets past Amir Khan, which is questionable.

If Cotto beats Margarito,Cotto-Pacman at 154 without catchweights is the way to go.Then we'll see what's up.

pacquiao can enter the ring at whatever he fells like

he can weigh 140 for a fight at 147

it's about his opponent and his size relative to pacquiaos

a marquez that limits pacquiao's size is a marquez w/ an advantage

it's all about their weights in the ring come fight night.

at 147 pacquiao will have the opportunity to walk into the ring at a comfortable weight and still carry a large advantage in size

a fight at 140 isnt as easy to make for pacquiao
and limits his size advantage on fight night

JMM is good at adapting & still would pose problems for Pac
yeah and Diaz, Katsidis were not exactly Margarito and Clottey iether. just sayin.

Pac will destroy JMM at this point.

I simply have to laugh at people who think Pac has DRASTICALLY improved since fighting Marquez in 2008. Totally absurd, and just shows and extreme lack of boxing knowledge. Dude gets hit 221 times by Antonio Margarito and looks like he got into a street fight after the Clottey fight, yeah Pac is sooo much better. Still has a garbage jab, still lunges in, still has miserable defense, and is still susceptible to counter punching. And yes of course his footwork looks better when his opponents are literally standing flat footed in front of him the entire fight. You people crack me up. Styles people, styles, all that has changed is the styles of his opponents.

Another common misconception is the idea that Pac has gained significant size and muscle mass since his fight with Marquez in 2008. Once again completely and utterly false. When Pac and Marquez fought in 2008 Pac's fight night weight was 145 and Marquez was 141. Pac's fight night weight against Margarito was 148. Three pound difference in 3 years, yeah he's Jay Cutler now, so much bigger, so much stronger, you clowns have to check your facts. As a matter of fact how about this, Pac fought Morales when he was 27 years old in 2006, he was 144 on fight night. That's a four pound difference from the Margarito fight in 5 years. This dude has been around 145 on fight night ever since he was fighting at 125 people, he IS NOT that much bigger.

If Emmanuel teaches Cotto how to clinch and fight while going backwards he can beat Pacquiao at 154. If he doesn't learn those two certain things, he won't even get passed Margarito, much less Pacquiao.
