I think he was too tall and rangy for any of them.. Tommy had a really stiff jab. Maybe Oscar on a good night with a lucky counter-punch.

And I don't think it would be an easy fight, it would be a war and and its pretty obvious who comes out on top when one guy has an all time great chin and the other has a weak chin.

you have to be one cool fool to type in this ****---wow--

floyd is an amazing inside fighter--what fights have to actually watche kid---i've seen almost every hearns fight and all of floyd's fights--i am a boxing savant--tommy's right hand was rolled by lesser skilled fighters than floyd--and floyd can get inside of tommy's reach and use it against him---

floyd's timing would offset tommy's physical advantages against him--floyd would land that jab to the body to make tommy bring his arms down and make him bend down some also for better body protection--this is what you're not getting--

and i mentioned nothing about his pull counter--i said his counters off of the shoulder roll--tommy does have longs arms--duh--

n'dou had long arms also and floyd took his reach away from him---tommy has a great jab and used his reach well, unlike pal williams, so the jab is his key, but he would have to time it well before floyd adjusts to it--

tommy threw his jab the same way almost everytime--floyd throws his from different angles with the feint--

i don't see how tommy could beat floyd at all--no fighter in history outboxes floyd easily--no fighter--floyd is the most skilled fighter boxing has ever produced---take it to the bank--

From this I can only assume you have seen next to nothing of Tommy Hearns.

I only see Tito, Forrest, and Oscar giving the best efforts but Tommy KOs the rest of the list probably. Boxing is a sport of which anything can happen. But all in all Tommy Ftw!

As Steward said, the guys who would give Hearns the most problems were not the most talented but the most reckless, wild brawler with power like Barkley whom defeated Hearns twice.

                  So I'll go with Mayorga.

The Pacquaio 'fans' and Floyd 'Fans' in this thread are giving each fighters fanbase a hurrendous reputation.

                    • Mayweather might be able to outbox Hearns, but Hearns' jab would be Floyds nightmare. Hearns right hand would put Pac in a very tough position. On his best night, and in his best shape, DLH might be able to get at Hearns, but Hearns could just box DLH ears off if he wanted to, same goes for Tito. Hearns could bomb Forrest out of a fight like Mayorga did.

And those were the best choices, people don't give Hearns credit, simply because he lost to some of the greatest fighters of all time, but he beat some too and they all worked hard for it.
