Regardless of pac/may prediction. Great interview, Bernstein came off very well in that.Comment

Floyd is not the hardest puncher in the world. Truth is I'm analyzing the fight based on **** that I've from both guys before...and I've seen Pac walk through punches from guys who hit a lot harder than Floyd. Same when people say "Floyd will slow Pac down and neutralize his punch ouput". Know one really knows, all we can do is speculate and give our opinionsComment

I think if anything, another surprise thing likely to see that we still haven't yet, is Floyd's toughness over a full fight. We saw how he overcame a near great puncher early, now we'll see him up against ferocity better than Hatton's that may go 12.
He was 148 and took on a 154 Oscar who couldn't walk through him. Mayweather's a tough little thing to trap. That might show in the fight too. Muscling Manny on the inside, masterful use of the legs again, etc.Comment

true.. but once manny lands floyd's going down.. manny has 12 rounds to chase floyd down and im sure floyd wont be able to run for all 12 rounds... i dont know why u guys make it seem like once floyd touches manny then manny is gonna go down LOL.. manny will take 3 punches from floyd just for him to land 1 shot on floyd and thats about all he needs to do...Comment

I actually don't like Pac at all to win if he can't KO Floyd or humble him with his offense early.
I think Joe Calzaghe (even though he couldn't punch worth a damn, knew how to put on ATG output pressure) if Manny can look that smart with a high offense, I can see a decision for him.Comment

Ring I.Q. wins this fight. Floyd will be able to keep up speed wise unlike Manny's last 3 opponents. People keep forgetting that this is boxing not knockouts. Floyd's punches are stunning and can disrupt anyone's rhythm in his weight class. Footwork and precise counters could have Manny resetting the entire fight. The fight COULD, not saying it would, but could turn out to be a good style match-up for Jr. even with Pac's ferocity. I mean c'mon, Floyd stunted Shane ****ing Mosley.. who had Cotto running for the last quarter of their fight.
People are losing it thinking this would be non-competitive or an easy 12 for Pac.
He's going up against the smartest and most technically sound fighter in the sport.. who adapts in the ring on the fly.I dont think its the number of punches that will be the deciding factor. I think its the style. Floyd is incredible at neutralizing orthodox fighters who have a more traditional style. Pac isnt that. He's not your typical moving fwd aggressive fighter like Gatti or Hatton. Pac will swarm from all sides and he will not gas out. He can walk through Floyds counters and he'll land more than any of Floyds past opponents. Also, the fact that he's a southpaw will be key. Floyd knows all this, hence the vacation.
i believe this fight would be 50/50. floyd just doesnt have the confidence to fight packy. i hope this thread doesnt turn into a PED discussion. again.Comment
