If Andre Berto KO Victor Ortiz will you give him any credit?

People don't get it about Berto. The automatically think he sucks because he's been babied. Berto is a really good fighter, out of all the guys in the world not named Floyd Mayweather I'd give Berto the best chance of beating Manny Pacquiao.

I agree, now is not the time for the Ortiz fight, because Berto is the WBC champ at WW and should be fighting ranked opponents, regardless weither the rest of the public knows who they are. If he woulda gotten the title the right way(By fighting his way to the top, like it used to be)then we wouldn't even be talkin bout this bout, as he would be unifying, and no one would be able to say a damn thing. If he woulda opened his mouth and called for a Pwill fight at WW(like he should've), we would be watchin and waitin and debating who's gonna win, rather than how Berto's gonna win.

This is the last straw for Andre, the last mutha****in stop. He has no where to go after this. Everybody is sayin Cintron. But I dont think Cintron of late has done enough to get a shot at ANY title, let alone the coveted "Green" belt at 147.

I'd like Paul to stay at 154, but maybe we need him to get his ass down to 147, to stir the pot.

Fair enough Rome my man. I thought that Pwill vs. Cintron was a close fight. Mr. Peterson was trin to get Paul ****ed up, by having him do ***** that he dont do in the ring. Pac, aint gonna go anywhere. If he does, the ridicule will never end, and he'll find himself in a Mayweather situation(Which we all know he doesn't want that ). But I say both Paul and Kermit come back to WW. Shawn Porter's there now, Mike Jones is on the come up(THAT should be Andre's next fight, **** weither or not Mike is ready for it. When the title calls you come is what I say). After Bradley deals with Kahn(or vise versa), either one if not both of them two will be at WW in about a year. It will be too hot for Manny or Floyd not to fight. And if they dont wanna fight................Well **** IT retire, so the sport can move on. Thats my take homie.

I never considered Martinez/Pac a possible matchup. I don't consider Pac a junior middleweight. Williams kind of falls into that same category as Martinez. As for Jones, too slow. I like the fact that Berto is big, decent pop(better than Jones), and much faster. Berto would be a very tough fight for Manny.

And my post was a response to that,Cotto was injured after the Foreman fight which is why he did not fight for so long after..That was the only time I heard Berto mention Cotto(when there was no chance of the fight being mad)other then Cotto tho who has he tried to fight??Pac??That's unrealistic he has done nothing to earn that kind of a fight..Mosley??I broke down how he duck Mosley already..So who has he tried to fight??Other then wash-up fighters or Jr WW??

Berto get's his blacken by Pac,he has nothing to really pose a threat to Pac..I say Jones has the height and reach,I really think your underestimating Jones power as well..If Pac can Marga's he can fight Martinez and Pwilly imho..
