Yea it would be great if they fought. I think is a 50/50 fight. But, that might be my bias speaking. Since I'm a huge Moreno fight. But, I really do believe Moreno has a hell of a chance to beat Donaire.

Sadly I don't think the fight will happen. Donaire already has played the "who is Moreno" card, saying "nobody cares about Anselmo." Which is true with the casual and sadly to some hardcore fans who are not familiar with skill set of Moreno.

I said it before and I will say it again. Moreno is the closest thing we have to Whitaker. He's a damn good fighter. IMO the most underrated fighter in all of boxing. He's even underrated in his own division which is ridiculous. Out of everybody I think Moreno has the best chance in beating Donaire. But, I don't see Donaire taking that fight. Moreno is a high risk/low reward type of fight.

Is a fight that Top rank don't go after.

You clearly didn't watch either of those fights.

And if you think Donaire takes him out in under 5 rounds I can only assume you have never watched Moreno fight.

        donaire got everybody's attention

Donaire was begging for a worthy fight before, right after disposing vic darchinyan in a one sided fight but nobody wants to fight him because he is such a high risk fighter; but after that sensational win against montiel, he is now the draw, and now everybody seem wanting to have a shot at him.

            Co-sign this.

Its a shame that Moreno can't get more exposure.

Maybe he can fight the winner of Vic-Perez or the loser of Mares-Agebko.

              I think he should wait.

I watched Moreno on Youtube I dont see the risk. Moreno is OK. Not a real threat. He has nothing to gain by fighting him that he cant get in sparring.

That's not true, there were fights out there for him, good fights too. But, he was chasing other fights that were very hard to make due to politics and what different commission go by. Also it hurt him going to Top rank at first.

This is what im talking about, Fighters who want to go out there and take on BIG CHALLENGES not no BS "he needs to be extremely blood tested" crap.... Donaire should take up this challenge if the winner of Abner-Agbeko is not available...

Donaire had a tough fight with Concepcion, Montiel stopped Concepcion in 3 rounds. Donaire stopped Montiel in 2 rounds. How two fighters dealt with a common opponent doesn't necessarily determine the outcome every time.

Plus, Moreno won those fights quite clearly.
