At 1:30, Donaire says he deserves the Ring Belt because no one cares/knows about Anselmo. I don't think Donaire said anything about being unwilling to fight him though.

What everyone said this fight makes sense to me while everyone is waiting for the Bantamweight tournament to finish Moreno and Donaire can square off in July. This keeps people's attention in the lower weight division. Make it happen.
