Legacy
How does this guy even have a legacy? Pulled out of a fight he got with the Klits to go get a paper belt. And the only reason why he did it was to get some kind of leverage when he goes to the table. But once again, no one cares. Stop with this he's a cruiserweight champ and blah blah blah..No one knew who he was..even if u follow boxing u didnt know who he was until He started with the Klits. How can you root for this guy. He faked an injury to get out of a fight...This guy is garbage. He has beaten no body..his whole career..no bodys..comes into the heavyweight division and beats the Russian, who almost lost to Holyfield...lol Come on!!!! He beat Ruiz on the other side of 45, and The Harrison fight...I can't even talk about that Fight. He's a bummm, Povetkin drops him in 5...He won't even be fighting a Klit..

Vitali has lost to the two best fighters he has fought
Haye has 0 HW resume
Tyson lost to Danny Williams and Kevin McBride. I think he still has a legacy.
The brothers have defeated many previously unbeaten fighters who were highly rated only to see these same fighters be called bums as soon as a Klitschko destroyed them.
In a division minus the Klitschkos, the "weak" competition you cite would be the cream of the crop and no one would know any better.
The Klitschkos legacy is their total domination of close to a decade of the heavyweight division. If it's so easy, how come no one else can do it?Last edited by ChopperRead; 02-18-2011, 09:22 AM.

Haye says of Froch, "He fights the best of the best and it is a shame that I haven't got those five or six guys (in the heavyweight division)."
And supposed journalists just let Haye get away with statements like this instead of asking, "Then why did you fight Audley Harrison when you planned on retiring in a year and only had 2-3 fights left?"
Also, Haye says he has a feud with Wlad but it is Vitali who choked him in a German restaurant. He obviously wants nothing to do with Vitali and it trying to cover that fact up.

He is most probably going to fight Povetkin next and there will still be those fickle minded fans out there who will still criticise. Nobody has questioned Wladimir for taking on the Chisora fight to then pulling out 2 days before the fight night and then completely bypass any interest from the Haye camp and then continue with the Chisora fight.
Plus I did not know you were so gulable into believing nonsense stories like Haye getting choked in a restaurant.

it's nice to see boxers supporting their contrymen
David haye supporting amir khan and vice versa has been positive force in the promotion of their respective careers.
if they are of similar size they have to entertain the possibility of fighting one another
in that case their attitudes toward each other are up to them
hell, they're up to the fighters anyhow, obviously
it's good to see these guys pulling for each other
i wonder if we'll see amir in the crowd when haye fights a klitschko.

- Wlad battered Lamon Brewster the second time around, too.
- Big bro asked small bro to avenge his loss against Byrd.
- Corrie Sanders dropped the belt to not face Wlad a second time. He decided to fight (belt-less) against Vitali Klitschko (also belt-less). Therefore Wlad (belt-less) had to face Brewster (belt-less) instead of Sanders. Corrie simply wanted to be the guy who beat both brothers.
- That Lennox (2 losses) had 1 loss less than Wlad (3 losses) is due to Lennox fighting only 39 different real heavyweight opponents whereas Wlad fought 53 different opponents.
- Unavenged losses of heavyweight world champions are the rule not the exception. Having only 2 unavenged losses is a hallmark attribute of the Klitschkos. Of the 78 world heavyweight champions to date the AVERAGE is 7.3 losses and 5.5 unavenged losses.
- Of the 78 heavyweight champions to date there is only 1 champ with as many real heavyweight fights (200 lbs) as Wlad Klitschko and LESS losses: Brian Nielsen. BRIAN NIELSEN! That's how far you have to dig to find someone with less unavenged losses.
- Evan Fields has 6 unavenged losses, Ezzard Charles 15, Foreman 5, Walcott 9, Larry Holmes 5, Tyson 5, Ali 2 etc etc.
