He'd be foolish to not take this fight.
yes indeed it would make the fight more appealling.tyson vs holyfield got cancelled 3 times before they actually ever fought.these contract delays & breakdowns are nothing new in boxing so i dont know why there is all the name calling to either guy.leonard\ haggler took like 5 years to make & it was leonard who came out of a 3 year hiatus to fight him.same thing is happening with pacman\mayweather....this stuff happens all the time.if there wasnt 4 world titles there wouldnt be these problems.

LOl,HAYE had thompson as sparring, and tony admitted that Haye beat him up,and really impressed him and changed his opinion on Haye!.

Povetkin is decent,he is technically good,he has good amatuer pedigree,he has fought some pretty good level of opponents,he is undefeated.

      But Haye will destroy him.

I hope haye and froch do have a double ppv, with sky and showtime.

i do really like showtimes announcers and their style with fight plans

(cant see him doing hbo as it kind of competes against froch, depending on if its shown earlier ,later or even the same time as froch's fight, considering though that HBO already have bhop pascal 2 dont they?.)

lol, haye actually has the better opponent than klitschkos now,and wlad is a lose lose with chisora,if he KOS him early its a mismatch,if he takes it to late as usual hes not performed well and bores people again,if chisora causes an early dq then everyone is even more disapointed, which could happen, chisora will like fraudley realise he cant win when it gets close to the fight, and derick will freeze,or get frustrated and do sumit crazy.

Povetkin is better than Chambers who went 12 rounds with Wlad. Povetkin is actually the true #4 heavyweight in the world IMO, as Adamek hasnt beaten anyone... Great fight if it is made!!!
        I wouldn't say that...

Chambers is more skilled, and had he let his hands go, he would have beaten Povetkin handily.

In a rematch, I favor the current Chambers to beat Povetkin.

A lot of people on Wlad's resume would beat Povetkin's azz.

It seems like no one likes negotiating with the Klitties.

                  BINGO !!

And why the *** is it that nobody seems to be aware of that fact ?

Anybody who thinks that belt A, is better than belt B, is doing a HUGE disservice to the sport of boxing, because NONE of the belts are - or could EVER be - definitive.

I wish everybody would tattoo that fact on their forehead.

Until everybody is aware of that, boxing slides backwards.

Those vultures survive off the credibility that WE give them.

                      Wlad's victims:

                      Sultan Ibragimov
                      Ruslan Chagaev
                      Samuel Peter
                      Chris Byrd
                      Lamon Brewster
                      Eddie Chambers
                      Hasim Rahman
                      Ray Mercer

They all have better resumes than Povetkin.

Prime Jameel McCline, undefeated Calvin Brock, undefeated Monte Barrett, Ray Austin and Tony Thompson don't have better resumes, but they would all be tough fights for the current Povetkin.

Povetkin has regressed under the tutelage of the idiotic lunatic Teddy Atlas. He hasn't done jack shit since the Chambers fight. He looked bad in his last fight against a clubfighter.
You're an idiot naming guys like Mercer who was an old man when he faced Wlad. Truth is, Wlad has never faced a fighter on the level of Haye or Povetkin. The winner of this fight will have beaten a better fighter than both Klitschko brothers combined!!!!!!!!!!
