It didn't say nothing about Manny agreeing to 7 days or anything regarding the OST's in that article. Of course the fans want it but does Manny? Bob Arum keeps saying Floyd is their number one priority but he is always setting up fights for Pac in his Top Rank stable.

FACT: The fight fell through because Manny would not submit to random blood testing without a 24-day cutoff.....
FACT: Manny has not agreed to a 7-day cutoff during an official negotiation, exactly the opposite in fact, he has never agreed to anything less than a 24-day cutoff during an official negotiation. Manny waited until he knew that Mayweather would not be fighting again, and then he "promised" to accept a 7 day cutoff, in a unofficial non-binding statement to the press

How could Floyd be ducking a fight that could have happened already if it wasn't for Pac? If Pac would have just agreed to the demand in the first negotiation that he allegedly said he agreed to after in the questionable 2nd negotiation. We would have witnessed history sometime ago. Manny Pacquiao didn't want to fight. It's right there, logged into the history books of boxing.Pacquiao and Mayweather had agreed to unlimited random urine testing, but Mayweather also insisted on random blood testing, even though the Nevada State Athletic Commission, which would oversee the bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, requires only urine testing.
Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) didn't want blood testing but later relented and agreed to three blood tests: one during the week of the kickoff news conference, which would have taken place next week, one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) would be subject to the same testing procedures.
When they could not come to an agreement, Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions, which represents Mayweather, turned to a mediator, retired judge Daniel Weinstein, who had successfully mediated a series of disputes between Top Rank and Golden Boy in 2007.

I really don't see why people are struggling to understand this, Bob Arum/Top Rank and Pacquiao included. The man was told point blank that his fan(s) wants him to fight Pacquiao, his immediate response was 'I'm taking a coupld of years off'.
He's on record saying that he's not thinking about boxing, on vacation, and taking a couple of years off.
Why do we need 500-response threads debating pointlessly when one of the principals is saying he doesn't want to fight and is taking an extended vacation? Claims he didn't even bother trying to negotiate and make a fight happen last summer.
Again, the man was told POINT BLACK 'He [Your fan] wants you to fight Pacquiao' and he responded 'I'm taking a couple of years off', didn't even entertain the idea. I cannot stress this enough.
But no, don't mind me... fritter away more time pointlessly rehashing the same bull**** from 2009

In the article that spawned this very thread, Manny stated that "it's not my fault, I don't pick my opponents".
Well, that was a total fkn lie according to Team Pacquiao.....
So what does Manny do?
Oh yes, he addresses the issue by stating that "I will fight Mayweather, because the fan's want it"
Sure you will Manny, just sit down over there and we'll get the WADA testing documentation signed. Manny, Manny..... ****, where'd that guy go?
