how much sense does it make that 14 days was offered in the initial round of negotiations and an 18 day cut off was done for wifebeater/mosley, and yet a 7 day cut off is unreasonable?

You have a really poor grasp and understanding of the english language. They are random tests, RANDOM. Floyd/Shane did not decide when the cut off date was, the doping agency decided this. FM or SM were not told what dates the testing would commence or stop. Manny is afraid of having a random test. It doesnt take a genius to work out why.

Honestly. I think that Pac fans know that Manny assed out. That's why they mostly insult when people just bring up what EXACTLY happened and what's going on in the sport of boxing. They don't want to deal with facts but rather praising their idol Manny. To cosign Pac not taking the tests by saying that Floyd is not the commission just shows how blinded they are by just being a Manny Pacquiao fanatic. Constantly asking "Why should Pac take the tests" ? Why shouldn't he? What's his problem? This guy (Pac) who is supposed to be considered the best in the sport, is afraid and not mentally ready to give blood because he feels it weakens him? He's afraid of a test that a 3rd grader would take. Hard to cosign a fighter as a favorite when homie is shook of needles and giving blood, when he is an elite boxer. Then say that the guy (Floyd) who actually wanted to fight the first time is ducking Pac, who didn't want to fight. Shouldn't have been no 2nd negotiations. What part of the game is that?
