Manny wants it, Mayweathers scared and covering up with PED test.

Mayweather wants it, Pacmans scared and covering up with not wanting the tests.

You can look at it that way. But at the same time, you gotta think like, wouldn't Floyd just outright say no like he did to Margarito and Cotto and just say he can't deal with Bob Arum? Instead he actually asked for one single request, which is to take random blood test leading up to the fight, and he WILL fight Pacquiao.

Think about it, did Mayweather predicted that Pacquiao will say no to OST, and that is why he brought them up? Did Mayweather ask for OST for Mosley, because he thought Mosley will go away and not want to fight him? If I remember correctly, Mosley agreed to full random OST and Mayweather did in deed fight him and he won 10 rounds out of 12.

I'm gonna come up with a really ****** analogy right now. Picture it like this. You probably don't like baseball but it's just an example:

You are playing MLB The Show on PS3, kicking all of your friends butts in the room. So it's my turn to play against you, and I ask you, "John let me see if you have automatic or manual fielding[automatic is where the AI will do all the fielding for you which makes it easier]" and you say no, and you don't let me check, and you don't want anyone to know. That would make me think you're cheating, and I did not know you were not gonna let me check if you were cheating or not and I didn't ask just to scare you away I just asked out of curiosity, and I refuse to play against you unless you let me check. pac is willing to make the fight with a 7 day cut off. if a 14 day cut off was agreeable to wifebeater in the 1st negotiations then a 7 day cut off is more than enough, given that mosley/wifebeater had an 18 day cut off.

Manny has never agreed to a 7-Day Cut Off. Never! But he consistently states "I want the fight... I want the fight... For fans." why? Because it SOUNDS GOOD to say.

Actions speak louder than words. Do a google search on the following keywords: "Pacquiao", "blood", "test", "agree" and all u will see are official reports of Manny offering a 14-day cutoff compromise. Manny has never publicly stated "I will do 7-days!!!!"

Stop lying to yourself about Floyd
If you think Floyd is using this as a smoke screen, then you need to recall what happened with Shane. Shane gated to testing, Floyd fought him. History. If Floyd is using OST as a smoke screen the do what Shane did which was call his bluff.

The fact that something as simple as an OST can keep Manny out of the ring makes him looks horribly sad. I wouldn't let a 40 year old man who was willing to do what I am running from make me look bad.

According to the second round of negotiations with Ross Greenburg as the mediator, Manny had agreed to a 7 day cutoff. But then again, Floyd and co say that negotiations never happened. I happen to believe they did however Al Haymon couldn't get Floyd Jr to fight so to try and save face, they just never responded.

Plus, Floyd Sr has repeated said PEDs or not, lil Floyd will whip Pacquiao. So, if that is the case, then what is the problem with a 7 day or 14 day cutoff or no testing whatsoever. It's a ***** move because it wasn't brought up until right at the end of the first round negotiations. And Manny walked away because a) not enough time to properly promote a fight as big as Manny vs. Floyd (negotiations were already in January for a March fight) and b) neither Floyd or Manny was going to be outnegotiated by the other. I think Manny figured get the Clottey fight out of the way, win my congressional seat, then fight Mayweather in November. It was a reasonable thing to do to give potentially the biggest fight in boxing history enough time to promote properly...
