arum gets offers from other fighters... arum, trampler, and duboef do the negotiations and tweek the numbers so they favor the boxer they want pac to fight. then they show pac the offers and obviously, pac will choose whoever pays him the most.

so basically TR does all the choosing... pac just choses from the small group of guys that TR already has chosen.

Manny has never agreed to a 7-Day Cut Off. Never! But he consistently states "I want the fight... I want the fight... For fans." why? Because it SOUNDS GOOD to say.

Actions speak louder than words. Do a google search on the following keywords: "Pacquiao", "blood", "test", "agree" and all u will see are official reports of Manny offering a 14-day cutoff compromise. Manny has never publicly stated "I will do 7-days!!!!"

in the 2nd round of negotiations, koncz came out and said that a 7 day cut off was on the table. instead of a counterproposal, wifebeater and team refuse to acknowledge that a 2nd round of negotations ever happened.

If you think Floyd is using this as a smoke screen, then you need to recall what happened with Shane. Shane gated to testing, Floyd fought him. History. If Floyd is using OST as a smoke screen the do what Shane did which was call his bluff.

wifebeater is using OST as a smokescreen to duck pac. of course he used OST against mosley... if he didn't people would say he's a ****in liar... but trollweather is probably sitting out on vacation cause he doesn't want to pay for OST again. I would love to see this fight but all I see is one guy avoiding his biggest threat and for 2 major reasons

1. Team Pacquiao does not want to get exposed as a drug user by OST!

Or

2. Team Pacquiao is fearful that Pacquiao can not handle Floyd's boxing, defense, and counterpunching style. A loss to Floyd is the end of the Pacquiao parade. If u cant beat Floyd then what use are you?
