what PEDs can pac or wifebeater take within 7 days of the fight that would be (1) effective (2) not detectable by urine tests (3) not detectable with a blood test after the fight?
None, and that is what people don't understand. Just the thought of being tested would keep anyone clean, considering the payday on the line if nothing else.

The organization chose that. It was their choice to stop not an agreement between the fighters. The fighters had random and didnt know they stopped it.

              Stop The Speculating!!!!

Manny has never agreed to a 7-Day Cut Off. Never! But he consistently states "I want the fight... I want the fight... For fans." why? Because it SOUNDS GOOD to say and it saves face.

Actions speak louder than words. Do a google search on the following keywords: "Pacquiao", "blood", "test", "agree" and all u will see are official reports of Manny offering a 14-day cutoff compromise. Manny has never publicly stated "I will do 7-days!!!!"

Stop lying to yourself about Floyd
If you think Floyd is using this as a smoke screen, then you need to recall what happened with Shane. Shane agreed to testing, then Floyd fought him. History. If Floyd is using OST as a smoke screen the do what Shane did which was call his bluff.

The fact that something as simple as an OST can keep Manny out of the ring makes him looks horribly sad. I wouldn't let a 40 year old man (Shane) make me look bad by refusing to take the same OST he took.

Posters wishing death on boxers kids are not boxing fanatics, or even haters, they are beyond haters, they are psychopaths and should be perma banned, and then go out get some fresh air and think about what they said about another man's children and why did they say that.
I swear man, can't remember at all. Maybe it's because I can't picture it now, he's such a shitty poster

lack of foreknowledge is not the same thing as lack of prior arrangement.
