scanned throught he article as it is quite long... found the part you spoke of, but there's nothing there that talks about doping in 7 days... also I don't see how the new testing procedure bring anything new to the discussion.

why would 0 days be required to make the fight if 14 days was acceptable in the first round of negotiations and 18 days was the cut off date for wifebeater/mosley?
