Floyd ask for no cut off date and Pac ask for 7 days! the problem is Team Floyd wasnt trying to negotiate anymore. You dont negotiate over some videos or some interviews. you negotiate face to face with the other team involve in the fight. If there was no 2nd negotitation Floyd clearly didnt want to fight Pac. you cant just make videos and saying that no cut off date or the fight wont happen.
