Depends on what type of testing if Floyd remains hung up on USADA their rules are their rules and they change for no one but as depicted in the Mosley fight they most likely will not draw blood that close to the fight without reason.

If Floyd is ok with a different third party they could do whatever then.

It is only unsolvable as long as both side remain glued to their current stances.

USADA’s Travis Tygart said the initial blood tests shown both boxers were clean and they didn’t need any further blood test. The rest of the random test would be done through urine testing. However, Travis Tygart did mention if some anomaly suddenly appeared in one of the blood test, they would get another sample. But the test didn’t uncover anything that could be questionable so they decided to end the blood test.

I don't want to get into with another person over this, I really am not trying to bash Manny I did in this thread because I was making a point to various people and I got mad because I was trying to be nice while keeping it real not going overboard then it got thrown back in my face. I prefer to not act like that but because I back and like a certain unpopular guy here every time I talk it turns into a battle, I would prefer it wasn't like that but I believe what I believe they believe what they believe.

I just want Manny to take the tests and clean up this mess it doesn't even matter who the fight is against because this straight up should not be an issue and never should have got to this point. Manny may not even get why it is a big deal so that could be the explanation but I know people around him know why it is a big deal so.

Manny is a great fighter who deserves his accolades until proven otherwise but I want to know for sure it is real. I understand the english part of what you are saying I wasn't really killing Manny over this, my opinion on the matter has been formed (and hardened) for a long time but the question marks remain for me anyways.

USADA are experts on the matter I assume they know what they are doing. IF they didn't see a need to go further that is cool but the fighters wouldn't know they are not coming to get more blood.

One of the main factors to random testing like that is deterrent since most people are less willing to try something if they could show up whenever especially when you consider the consequences (no fight thus no pay).

To me it is all making a mountain out of a mole hill this really should not be an issue like this and it is so easy for Manny to bring this to an end not to mention he could do it without Floyd. Especially if Manny really is clean like I hope he is and it still boggles my mind that it has played out like this.

I feel both of you. The problem is both camp are inconsistent and I will not blame Manny if that is his answer. I'm been there logically. I'm been asked. I have the right answer but because I can't translate that in English sometimes whatever crossed my mind I just say it just to say something.

The reason why Manny want that window of non testing is he believes that blood extraction will weaken him and others don't. He tried to compromise but Floyd camp don't. I want them to fight as well as against the other available champ but I can't just demand them to ignore what they believe and fight since it is not myself in risk. This cycle of post will come and go until May 7 and continue if their stance doesn't change in addition some facts are questionable.

True USADA are experts and I assume that when they decided to stop the blood test they also believe that in their level of expertist on blood test still they can detect if boxers tried to juice on that gap. Like on Mosley case he is not tested positive on EPO but the blood test detected an abnormality on his hermatocrit. It was not EPO itself but the effect on his blood justified that he uses EPO. I don't mind if there is a window of non-testing since their is unlimited urine test and blood test immediately after the fight but make it sure that gap is not so wide.
