What job is that you asked, MLB and MLBPA agreed to test players because the MLB wanted to see what percentage of players were using PED's, the thing is that nobody was supposed to get caught because the test were supposed to get burnt. Somebody kept those results for all these years and the government found out about it and took those results and use them against the MLB.

Amd that my freind is how the baseball players got caught, not by who they work for, but by the government.

And then look what happened. Guys went from hitting 73 to 53. Guys went from hitting 60 to 40. Guys went from hitting 40 to 25.

Pac vs younger JMM at his best weight 126 and 130 >>>>> Floyd vs old JMM at 147. Asking a lightweight to move up in welterweight then cheated him at the scale was far more worst than Pac vs Cotto. Pac at least moved up to 145 from 140 after he fought Hatton and Cotto moved down just 1 lb after he weighed in 146 in his last fight >>>>>> JMM forced to move up at 144 from 135 then the thick face Floyd completely ignored the catchweight contract at 144 he signed and came in as full welterweight!
