It seems the opposite to me. I think he wants it because he's talking about it more than he should before his "big" fight with Mosley. I think he is trying to keep the hype low so he wont be a disappointment for refusing the test.

Im just pointing it out that it wasn't done by one selfcentered crybaby player. It was done by MLB itself! Oh you also forget Sosa, McGuire, and Bonds were all actually connected to steroids. So when is pac gonna be called in front of goverment officials and asked to testify about steroid use?

Not the same thing my friend!

I love how *******s are revising history. Now Floyd offered 14 days and when Manny accepted, he changed his mind.

All of the talk that Manny is willing to take the random blood tests, and Floyd has not responded to the challenge of Manny Pacquiao is completely false. Mayweather went out of his way to make this fight happen. He agreed to everything Team Pacquiao wanted and they have not accepted one of Mayweather's requests.

The 10 million dollars per pound over the limit penalty, Floyd accepted, 8oz gloves Floyd accepted, and a 50/50 purse split Floyd had accepted. His one request was and still is that Pacquiao agree to Olympic style random urine and blood tests all the way up until the fight. Here’s where the problem in the negotiations arose. "They wanted to be notified when the testing would take place and they didn't want any testing done within 14 days prior to the fight." said Mayweather to Fight Hype.com. Originally a deal wasn’t able to be made with random testing all the way up until the fight. Team Mayweather then reached out to Team Pacquiao and agreed to a 14 day cut off period so the fight could be made. Team Pacquiao then asked for a cut off period of 24 days.

Pacquiao decided it would be better for him to fight Clottey in March of 2010, instead of taking a mega fight with Mayweather. Back in February of 2010 in an interview with David Mayo in his hometown of Grand Rapids, Floyd stated that the 14 days was off the table and that it was only a one time deal. “I gave him a chance, up to 14 days out. But my new terms are all the way up to the fight. They can come get us whenever, just as long as they agree to random testing all the way up until the fight. That’s what it is,” Mayweather said. “If it was all about money for me, I would’ve said ‘I don’t care what Manny Pacquiao does, just give me the money, I’ll take it,” he said. “But it’s me taking a stand for something that means something. And it’s for the fighters who are up and coming.”

“It’s sort of the same stance Martin Luther King and Malcolm X made, so we could have freedoms, so everybody could tell the world that we’re equal. The only thing I’m saying is that we are equal. So if you’re not on nothing and I’m not on nothing, then let’s go take the test. That’s all I’m saying."
              ******* response- Duhhh Floyd chicken!

Are you ******ed? No one cares for the testing?
The person who cares the most is Pacquiao e.g. he won't take them.

                  STFU you clown.

14 days is what floyd was demandingthe first negotiations right? Pac came the second time around said ok to 14 days, and floyd said no. what is pac psychic did he foresee in a crystal ball that floyd would turn down 14 days?

look man it takes two to tango, if floyd can't compromise this fight will never happen. Neither guy (floyd or pac) is going to give in 100% to other guy, not with ego's like this. there has to be some kind of middle ground
