What makes me tic is, floyd's clan claims he can beat pacquiao with or without. Yet, it has not happened.

Floyd even agreeing to a 14 day cutoff shows he's not serious about eradicating steroids nor does he care if Manny is clean or not. He should have stuck by full random. And vice versa, Pack should not negotiated and stood by his position that the NSAC should handle testing, not some crack baby.
This whole charade has gone far enough anyway, Manny agreed to everything (if we go by his word)
If that's the case, then Floyd is just trying to fool his gullible fans into continuing to believe Manny is a cheat to make his fans feel good about themselves and not think their boy is a *****.

But instead he would allow 14 days which before may 1st was Enough to catch peds but after the Mosley fight 14 days is not good enough now?
What changed over those 36 min in the ring? Newer better testkng?
It was obvious it was all a negotiation tactic and nothing more, and that's the part i didn't respect

But, Nnnnoooooo. Pacquiao doesn't seem confident he could beat Floyd AFTER taking the tests. That's the real issue.
That's in total contradiction to Freddie's claim that they'll take "any test any time."
