if mayorga pulls this up, it will be more hilarious if a fight with pac is made. mayorga trashtalks manny and manny just laugh it off during press conferences. i wonder how furious he will be for getting no ballistic response from pac.

Mayorga has a reputation for not taking his training camps seriously and often struggles to make weight. This time Mayorga is training very hard. Mayorga has not left the gym since the training camp for December's fight with Michael Walker.

That is a good way to approach any fight and I have always felt like Cotto always prepared for what he thought he needed not preparing for the worst case scenario.

That is why it pays to have a veteran trainer to make sure a guy is prepared for any eventuality in the ring.

This is the same crap Steward sys before EVERY fight. He said the same crap about Chisora who is fighting a K-Bro...I mean really? I'm a Cotto fan and I can admit this is a joke of a matchup. Mayorga has a puncher's chance but over matched "Punchers" lose 99% of the time they are matched up with a skillful Boxer. The only intrigue is what will happen when Mayorga lands his first heavy blow to Cotto's head? That's it, in every other facet he is outclassed. On top of that add 2 years of ring rust and Mayorga should be completely out of gas by round 5... you can see how easily Cotto walks away with a TKO in this scenario. Typical Arum trying to shine a piece of poop and sell it as a brownie. I don't mind tune ups so long as the end result is an immediate fight with a compelling opponent (I.e, Margarito).

Yes Cotto is on the downside but dudes posting ignorant **** like "If Manny Stew' can teach Cotto to use his jab" and "Foreman rocked Cotto" GTFOH....have you guys seen a single Cotto round? Cotto has one of the best strong hand jabs in the business.....and Yuri rocked Cotto? Post: Torres rocked Cotto, Corley, Margarito, Pacquiao, even Clottey....at least that happened. Yuri had 1 maybe 2 good rounds based on points alone....but rocked. You reveal yourself as ignorant and/or blind.
