Who is making Haye retire? Why does he have to retire this year?
Answer: He doesn't have to. He wants to because he's found he doesn't like getting hit by the big boys.
This is a guy who said Monte Barrett's jab felt like a right cross from a cruiserweight.
The Klitschkos are simply forcing Haye into a corner, using his retirement promise against him.
I think more fighters should plan their retirement. I hate seeing boxers fight well past their best because they didn't plan for retirement and need to fight for money.
Undisputed to me means - a boxer who holds all 4 major belts, lets try not to diminish the title undisputed because a couple of brothers do not wish to box.

He certainly broke a lot of other promises already, the retirement thing is bull****, Vagina is just scared of facing anyone dangerous, hence he is running into retirement.

its so obvious wlad will never fight haye(unless vitali gets shown up and he has to fight for his older bros honour type crap or sumit)
hes filled his year with chisora,a 14 fight novice with no style that beats him.and adamek,a former light heavyweight, with no real KO power and can not take a good heavyweights punch,he got caught and wobbled by arreola for god sakes!.
this whole front of wlad fighting 2,even 3 times in a year and so close together is laughable, the evidence is their,it cant be denied, wlad is a 2 fight a year boxer,he only fought 3 fights a year like twice in the past few years.
and last time he fought fights so close as what he claims he will and could,he was 25 years old and fighting bums for experience, now hes going to be 35 and fighting a unification fight,a "dangerous" prospect, and a 2 weight champion!.
lol,and no one made wlad choose chisora as an opponent!.
lol and he cant even do light tapering down training without tearing some muscle or 2 that was reported!.he did workout after a public workout!
what a hypocrite for him to say he doesnt trust haye for pulling out years ago when hayes tv went down, when wlad just pulled out even closer to a fight and announced 2 different injuries,2 different dates of comeback and was spotted on a golf course, lol, its comical!.
he probably planned the pull out so to use the inactive excuse should he back down from haye, after haye agreed to everything and demanded nothing except wlad not to fight someone else so close to thier mega fight!.
and as if all networks ect all buy into this b/s and would have bought haye fight anyway, knowing that wlad already signed for chisora and then did for adamek.
he was happy for the money and title earlier, but now see's how haye is a real threat, and he wants none of haye, only the title and the money.
vitali v haye will happen, haye did want wlad first, but klits wanted vitali v haye first.
Haye wil fight vitali in the summer,he will retire vitali, and i think he will carry on to fight wlad,if wlad feels brave enough,or some kind of sense of need to defend his family honour.

He has not broke any promise.
Even if he had planned to retire at 31, it was dumb to keep trumpeting it in the media, because he didn't know what his situation would be as the retirement date neared, unless he is also Kreskin.
As it stands, he has handed his opponents something to use against him in any negotiation.
This is one instance where Haye's big mouth has cost him instead of helping him.

his heavyweight reigns not been amazing, but not as bad as its been made out.
i am a fan of haye, but i do admit, his retirement thing is to soon,a ****** old promise to himself.
i doubt he would go on till bhop age tbh.
hes not had many fights.
not been in any wars.
not even been hit too hard too often i dont think.
he doesnt have to mess with going up and down weight.
heavyweights get better with age.
he will still be young enough, with good reflexes and speed in a year or two.
he still has his power.
he still has the goal of beating atleast one klitschkos, hopefully both.
that can be done in a year and a half to two years.
he could not go on to fight being past it ,with not enough good opponents out there tbh.
the only ones worth fighting for him:
vitali
wlad
adamek
povetkin
arreola
chambers
thats probably the only ones worth fighting, and i cant see any real tests popping out of nowhere all of a sudden.

Now, boxers fight beyond their prime because they have not prepared themselves for retirement. It doesn't necessarily mean they haven't prepared themselves financially.
Humans are people of habit, which means, if you have smoked for 20 years, it will be difficult to break the habit. More so, if you have trained and boxed for 20 years, Boxers cannot adjust to normality, just as soldiers and they need to prepare mentally?

i be disapointed if haye didnt fight one of them before retiring.
i think for him to leave one or even both to carry on boring us all to death would border on criminal.
he couldtn live with himself to go do this ****** acting b/s and watch the klitshkos carry on,and pick up his old title.
