NC or not, Toney beat Ruiz, which is why he ended up highly ranked. regardless, even if it was a NC Toney would have stayed right where he was at, which was at about #4. after Vitali went into retirement, he would have been moved up to #3.
Toney had beaten Holyfield, the #4, and ended up as #5. Roy Jones, Vitali, Sanders, and Byrd were above him. Jones went back down to 175, and Snaders got knocked out. that moved up Toney to the #4 position. Vitali retired, Toney moves up again. its legitimate
