The difference is that he's not the best WW nor is not for the lineal title. And, is coming off 2 very performance and going by what Richardon was telling Shane between the fight close to being stopped against Floyd.

It is, is very much a bogus belt. And, just because it's bogus doesn't mean that it automatically becomes a WW fight man. 150 limit is above the WW limit which makes a none WW fight man.
