He's top 3 cuz' somewhat of his wins but mainly because lets be real the WW division is weak, very weak.

I mean is Floyd, Pac, and who else? Is Berto by default. Out of the rest of the WWs he has the best recent WW resume. Mosley has only won 1 fight at 147 in the last 3 years...In the last 36 months, 3 years Shane has only won 1 fight in that weight-class. That's horrible.

I'm more impressed by beating better fighters not bigger ones. The one good fighter on that list, Cotto, was not able to fight at the ww max of 147. And before you say it, if it wasn't a big deal, why did Manny make the max 145?

Manny is also being compared to Floyd his only real contemporary. Floyd consistently fought the best at the time at the weight except at 140 with Gatti. Castillo, corrales, zab, ODH. Manny has not done that at 130, 147, or 154.

Manny is a great fighter no doubt, But because he is more popular than floyd doesn't mean the bar for his achievements should be lower than floyd's. They should be equal.

If you're really serious trying to compare JCC jr to Berto than not only am I disappointed in you and your knowledge. But, I wouldn't even know what to say to that.

Berto is a legit top 3 WW, JCC Jr is not legit top 10 in any weight-class. Jr best win is Duddy FFS's, Jr gets booed in his home country because of his piss poor performance against the likes of Lyell man, Jr goes life and death with Matt Vanda...Matt "F'ing" Vanda man. Say what you want about Quintana, Collazo, or even Hernandez they're better than the 3 names I have mentioned man.

But, Bradley now is a better fighter than what that Hatton was. Bradley now is P4P level fighter, Hatton wasn't. Bradley is a prime fighter, Hatton wasn't. And, going 2-0 at 140 with the likes of Hatton and Bradley who have two different styles and attributes would be further proof of Pac greatness. And, again Bradley at 140 is the best available opponent not named Mayweather or Martinez. Is he not?

Here is the thing, I'm not inconsistent. I'm a fan of boxing foremost than any particular fighter. I don't give any fighter a pass. I didn't give Floyd a pass when he didn't fight the best available and I won't give Pac a pass when he doesn't fight the best available. And, I actually did give Pac a pass for Margarito because of Pac strong run from 08 to 09. There wasn't a run like that since Tito 99-01 run. However, you have to get back and put in work. Pac is not putting in work right now.

I don't care how many PPVs you sell, I don't care how much millions you make. If I'm not getting a cut of the pie then I don't care about none of that. Is not a good excuse to me. As a fan I want you to fight the best available period.

I don't know when exactly did this happen. But, Pac fans became just like Floyd fans. And, your post is a great example of that.

Lets say you are right that Mosley, cotto and Marg are the "premier" ww of their era. Manny beat 1 at 145, 1 at 151 and 1 well after floyd totally destroyed him. Only Mosley was the lineal champ and he lost as lineal champ to floyd.

Floyd will have beaten the lineal champ twice. Manny has 1 win at 147, Clottey. So whose resume is really better?
