A fight contract is submitted to NSAC for review before execution. I am sure if there is a clause for a fighter to take a dive, then it would have already been investigated considering that its also considered as public record, and can be secured by request from anyone.

Plus why would Arum, a Harvard Law graduate, would want an illegal act such as cheating, be on record in print via a contract, where it can be used against him. This is just funny..

      AGREED !!

There are four main reasons why I am convinced that fight was fixed.

Anyone would have to find it odd that out of Clottey's own mouth on the video interview after the fight with Pac he stated: "I had to lose that day". He didn't say "Pac was better than me. He said clearly "Manny is an ordinary fighter." If he admitted to just losing he would've said " I got beat by the better man not "I had to lose that day".

            That is an absurd comparison.

1.) FACT: cheato has NEVER even approached Oscar's level

2.) prime vs prime, which is the only fair comparison, would be a totel mismatch. Margarito would be outclassed and brutalised.

3.) If you understand boxing, you would have to agree that it is a little dishonest to compare the Oscar that weighed 145 two weeks before the fight, 145 at the weigh-in, and 145 on fight night..... with ANYBODY

4.) Tough doesn't mean ****, this is boxing. Maidana was tougher than Khan, yet he didn't win.

I definitely agree, we watched the same fight.

Clottey's performance was inexplicable, and his excuses were simply bizarre.

                    You LOSE !!!!!
My match! Ha ha ha ha! Funny! You can't even reply to my posts when I showed you that Pac ducked Mosley and picked a struggling Cotto instead. I have been noticing that some people on here want to sound like they know more than me to make them feel good. It's funny because they'll make up and bring up anything lil thing to sound smarter. Your no match for me and I think everyone would agree on that because instead of responding to my posts, with some substance you answer back "you met your match"?

Since you are soooo smart. Why don't you explain the quotes below about Pac ducking Mosley, since you haven't even tried to reply back to them posts. By the way, the post you said absolutely nothing on is true, so you win nothing.

Roach said that though a “Mosley fight is probably the most exciting because they both like to fight,” it's all about making the fight on even terms.

"I have to protect my fighter,” said Roach, who administered the terms for Pacquiao and Oscar De La Hoya last year. “I spoke to Shane and told him that we would fight him at 142. He said he can’t make that weight.”

Mosley asked why not 147, as Manny/Oscar was set at 147? Roach said that Mosley is not De La Hoya in terms of setting a weight handicap.

"Shane came to the gym twice to ask me to let
                    him fight Manny, "Roach says
. "I told him no both times, and both times for the same two reasons: First, there isn't enough money there, and second, you're too good a fighter.

"Shane called me earlier [Monday] and said that's it, he's had it," Shaefer said. "He's not waiting around anymore. He said, 'This guy [Pacquiao] is obviously scared of me. So let's move on.' Sugar Shane Mosley's career has not been built around Pacquiao. He already has a legacy of greatness. But eventually a Mayweather or Cotto or Pacquiao will need him. That day will come."

A blatant ducked. The difference between YOU and me is that, unlike YOU,
I don't use my opinion to make it a fact. I'm telling it like it is and how it
was and YOU don't, so at the end of the day, there is no way that you can
compete as long as you're living in denial. Martinez is the real deal to me,
so don't have nothing to do with me being down with Floyd because as a
true boxing fan, I know how to call a spade a spade.

I believe there is a very good chance that Clottey threw the fight too because his excuses after the fight was ridiculous to say the least. I think that he had the style to either beat Pac or give him a much harder time than he did.
