I don't think Manny Pacquiao is on any kind of enhancement drugs. It is clear that the damage he is doing to the bigger fighters i.e. DLH, Margarito, is more from an accumulation of punches, he was able to land on the bigger but slower fighters.

However I do blame Manny Pacquiaos team and PR people for letting this PED's thing get out of hand. All he had to do, was simply say ok lets take the test. He should have taken it and that is it, no more speculation.
The problem was his team came out and said they will take the test, then it was at a 30 day cut off, 24 days, 14, etc. All of this which just gave more fuel to his doubters.

I understand Pacquiao has nothing to prove to Mayweather, but surely he is smart enough to realize that during this age of steroids and athletes cheating,--by no fault of his own-- by him declining these blood test, makes him look like he has something to hide, even if in fact he doesn't.

          I wouldn't doubt it!

I've said it before why for 50 million would you not want to take a test. That logic where taking blood out of you would weaken you is only for that day. Has anybody ever donated blood they tell you you can't do any heavy activity that day that you donate but the next day you can go about your normal workout routine. I'am sorry not taking a test just makes you look more guilty. This day in age if something is too good to be true than it probabley is. Just my take

One of the reasons people say Pac is not on something is because like Roach and the entire camp says, steroids can be discovered before as well as after the fight. This is very true so no Pac is not on steroids. How ever he is on something, and given what we know about the negotiations, at this time there are two substances that testing up to the day of the fight would prevent use.

1)HGH, also known as Human Growth Hormone. This substance works just like steroids but is only detectable with in hours of its use. Once a few hours pass any signs of the substance is completely gone but all the benefits remain. Those of you who are big fans of Baseball should be familiar with HGH. Also HGH can not be detected in urine or hair and unlike steroids the benefits of HGH become evident pretty fast. An interesting fact, why in all of Pac's training camps everyone including Roach say's Pac is not where he wants him to be as far as speed and strength (which is evident by the 24 hour footage), But around the two week mark Pac seems to be extremely quicker and powerful. Two weeks just happens to be the current cut off mark for testing in BOXING. Now I know the Pac fans say "well thats what happens when you train", this is true but in each of Pac's last fights hes had to gain weight which should make him slower then what he was, how is it that hes faster then when he was in the 130's? Strength doesn't build up in two weeks, you would need something to help you achieve that feet, and that something is not named Freddy Roach.
2)Blood Doping. Used mostly in cycling, this is another quick way to boost speed and strength. I must admit that I do not know much about this process but I can say that for a fact, Blood doping is nearly undetectable, and like HGH any signs can only be discovered with in a few hours. It would be impossible for Pac to blood dope if he has to give blood every day leading up to the fight.
These are two substances that would explain Pac's unwillingness to test up to the day of the fight. Interestingly enough there was an article posted on boxingscene that stated during negotiations Pac's camp requested Mosely take the same testing to fight Pac that he did for the Mayweather fight. Mosely said no problem as long as Pac takes the same testing, The request was taking off the table??????

It works both ways though! For 50 million why can't you forget about a test that you never bothered to ask for in your previous 40 bouts?

Question, did Pacquiao ask Mosley to take a test he wasn't willing to take? I keep hearing this, I didn't think too much into it because I've already made up my mind on Pacquiao. Not much else I need to read. So is this true? Anyone can confirm this?
