Roach said that to a Pinoy writer I believe. Here is the link. But Roach said that he will insist on a drug test, since Mosley has used in the past. But why would he insist on a drug test, when the commission already does testing? Roach went on to recant these statements, but the writer came back and confirmed what Roach said in the link below.

if cotto just laid down on the floor the first time he got knocked down he wouldn't have suffered a bludgeoned face. same thing with diaz. if marg's corner stopped the fight the moment marg's eye started swelling he wouldn't have suffered a deformed face. if oscar quit earlier he wouldn't have humiliated with a swollen face. they chose to receive a more severe beating so pac gave it to them.

so yeah props to hatton for not getting up...his face looks fine after the fight

taking a blood test does not make you weak. its not being able to juice and have to take a blood test is what makes you weak.

                    corrections

Blood doping can be detected with in 14 days but can be masked.
found a good article on it but I have to post 13 more times to post url.LMAO bare with me as I count em down.

This is very true so no Pac is not on steroids. How ever he is on something, and given what we know about the negotiations, at this time there are two substances that testing up to the day of the fight would prevent use.

1)HGH, also known as Human Growth Hormone. This substance works just like steroids but is only detectable with in hours of its use. Once a few hours pass any signs of the substance is completely gone but all the benefits remain. Those of you who are big fans of Baseball should be familiar with HGH. Also HGH can not be detected in urine or hair and unlike steroids the benefits of HGH become evident pretty fast. An interesting fact, why in all of Pac's training camps everyone including Roach say's Pac is not where he wants him to be as far as speed and strength (which is evident by the 24 hour footage), But around the two week mark Pac seems to be extremely quicker and powerful. Two weeks just happens to be the current cut off mark for testing in BOXING. Now I know the Pac fans say "well thats what happens when you train", this is true but in each of Pac's last fights hes had to gain weight which should make him slower then what he was, how is it that hes faster then when he was in the 130's? Strength doesn't build up in two weeks, you would need something to help you achieve that feet, and that something is not named Freddy Roach.
2)Blood Doping. Used mostly in cycling, this is another quick way to boost speed and strength. I must admit that I do not know much about this process but I can say that for a fact, Blood doping is nearly undetectable, and like HGH any signs can only be discovered with in a few hours. It would be impossible for Pac to blood dope if he has to give blood every day leading up to the fight.
These are two substances that would explain Pac's unwillingness to test up to the day of the fight. Interestingly enough there was an article posted on boxingscene that stated during negotiations Pac's camp requested Mosely take the same testing to fight Pac that he did for the Mayweather fight. Mosely said no problem as long as Pac takes the same testing, The request was taking off the table??????
                      All sorts of wrong

HGH is primarily used to help recover from injuries, usage as an anabolic steroid has been unsubstantiated.

EPO helps increase oxygen levels in blood, giving increased indurance. Its a synthetic way of reproducing hyperbolic chambers or high altitude training. It does not give increased strength/muscle mass.

Also, you must be blind to think Pac is as fast now as he was @ 130 or below.
