Are they pretty much insinuating Margarito was dirty for that fight? Im no Margarito fan or doubting he wasnt, Im just wondering.
Yeah they are. Not sure how GP feels on the issue or if he just did it for the video, but he's insinuating Margarito had loaded gloves in the first fight.

Is that why you only take bets on Floyd stopping Cotto and not on Floyd beating Cotto. You don't seem very confident.

I like Cotto's trainer. I think he is smart and will come up with a great gameplan. The bottomline is though, is that it won't matter how Cotto fights. He really has no chance.

No, I take bets that Floyd won't stop Cotto. I see this fight being really close, Floyd's trembling in his seat right now because this is a cherrypick gone wrong. I either see Cotto beating him or possibly a robbery taking place simply because Floyd makes the state of Nevada decent money. This will be a close one but if Floyd does win, it will be either by robbery or a very close win.

He doesn't need to use a different style, he needs to use different tactics. The timing that fighters at their level have is enough to change outcomes depending on the tactics. Matthew Macklin is a good fighter, but his past fights had shown him to be strictly a pressure fighting hook artist; a few tactical adjustments and a training camp later and he's fighting on competitive terms against Martinez.

I think there are several tactics on how to fight Mayweather, tactics that someone with the ability of Cotto could use, and if Diaz trains Cotto to use them, Cotto can give Mayweather all sorts of problems. There are subtle tactical reasons why Floyd didn't look as good against Castillo, Judah, De La Hoya, and even on the shot that Mosley landed.

Cotto would have to employ those tactics to a T (and even give him a couple different looks) to win and I don't know what Diaz is teaching him, so I doubt Cotto will win.

The only tactic I can see Cotto using successfully is taking out his bike and avoid getting knocked out, lasting the distance for a "moral victory".

For the most part they all revert to their original form when they start getting tagged. Same will happen to Cotto.

Diaz will need alot of different gameplans and constantly change the look they give Floyd, because he adjusts so quickly. I just want a great night of boxing and if Cotto pulls off the miracle, that'll just be the cherry on top.
