Whether it was because of the loss, or headache's, he was entitled to leave, probably not a fan-friendly move, but he does have a choice when his health is involved.

It could also have been a case of humiliation and embarrassment after much hard work.

He was pushing for it because he wanted to match Pacquiao but couldn't. Pac ko's Cotto drops him 2 times, Floyd just stun'd a very fatigue Cotto in the 12th. Floyd took more puishment than Pacquiao did when facing Cotto

NO. For some reason Floyd has no problem fighting someone else's fight, like he is trying to prove a point. Like the Hatton fight people were given Hatton rounds based purely on them fighting on the inside. Floyd never planned on boxing he just wanted to prove he is a better inside fighter than Hatton, which he did.

I could care less if he didn't stay for the interview. he gave his all in the ring and earned floyd's respect, thats all that matters.
