Anyone try the Fight Night Champion demo yet?

its pretty sweet.
As with everyone else, took some time to get used to the new blocking scheme.
I personally like the camera view but for those that don't there will be a number of camera views to choose from on the retail game.
The computer is really hard lol. I played online and humans are much easier than the computer. Especially when I'm Mike Tyson fighting Ali, the computer always fucks me up.
The first day I played it the game seemed to go really fast. It was hard to keep up with all the punches. Second day everything slowed down and I can now focus a lot more on defense and counter punching. Right now I like to slip then counter with a powerful straight, works wonders.
The main areas they should adjust for the retail version are:
Punch Accuracy. Right now it's just too high. Computer lands around 55% - 70% of punches (the latter if you just don't give a shit about defense). That's crazy. Should cut it down 25% or so. FN4 had sliders, and I'm sure Champion will as well, but the default should be adjusted.
Stamina. I'm sure for a 3 round demo stamina isn't going to be much of a factor but even so it seems stamina recovers very fast.Comment

I'll get on this in about 1 hour when I'm home from work. Still playing FNR4 too so hopefully this one meets desired standards.Comment

It does feel like a slightly retooled and re-skinned FNR4 but in a good way.
even the character models and commentary are pretty much the same with little things added and changed.
It'd be nice of them to not charge so much for it since they haven't added that much. But I'm afraid that fight night is going to turn more and more into madden or fifa. a lot of money for little changes.Comment
