Anyone try the Fight Night Champion demo yet?

It is available for Playstation 3, and I would assume Xbox 360 too. Two major problems for me that will take getting used too:

1. The camera. Very disjointing and confusing for me.

2. Only having to hold the block button and not using the stick to block high or low. I'm so used to doing it that it's a big adjustment.

It's alright. I'll need more time to give a good opinion, wondering if anyone else has played it and has an opinion on it.

I actually did try it earlier (thanks to being able to work at home due to snow day ) and yes the camera needs some tweaks. The controls are not bad at all, yes it's a big change but I think it's a good change. I was a little disappointed that only Mike and Ali were the playable at the demo, was hoping Cotto and Pac was the playable ones. The graphics are sick though, especially on my Samsung hdtv, looks amazing.

Cotto and Pacquiao are playable, when you are picking fighters you can switch divisions, and Cotto and Pacquiao are playable along with Tyson and Ali.

I don't think the controls are bad, it's just that after four games of pressing to block and then using the stick to control where I block I have to get used to it. I do like how they changed throwing punches, much easier to use diverse combos. The way fighters close when they throw punches is cool, though easy to abuse.

Yep yep. On PS3 I could. It's just a demo, so it doesn't take that long to download either.

It sucks badly for the reasons you mentioned. The block system is really awful.

The other thing that makes is **** is that after you make someone miss its impossible to throw a punch to counter them.

Im not gonna buy it unless people report that this has been fixed when theyget it.

The Demo I played I used Cotto and Pac as well.

Very fun game, counter punching isn't as important in this one.(Which I like)

You should get hurt more often.

Body punching should cause more damage.

I had no prob with the camera.

But overall its a nice improvement over FN4.
