The Hasegawa and Mijares wins do basically cancel each other out because they were both top 10 P4P when Montiel and Darchinyan knocked them out, but I would have to give a slight edge to the Hasegawa win because of the 1st round KO streak HH was on, it taking place in Japan, and for what's taken place since then.

Overall, it's just as tough a call, a tossup. If I had to pick 1, I'd say I'm leaning toward Darchinyan.

The thing that stands out for me on Vic's resume is that he was undisputed champion at Super-Flyweight (only the 2nd one in history), and the fact that he achieved this after getting KTFO by Donaire. So I have mad respect for Vic for coming back from a devastating loss like that. Not only did he improve, but he stuck by his guns - he didn't really change his style and still went around KO'ing opponents for fun.

He's yet to prove himself at BW though, with losses to Agbeko and Mares, the latter of which is disputeable.

Both of Montiel's losses are less clear cut that Vic's loss to Agbeko, and obviously his KO to Donaire. With different judges, he could very well have won decisions over Gonzalez and Johnson or at least got draws. Moreover, Montiel is proven at BW and is a 3-division champ.

That's whyt I'm probably leaning towards Montiel having the better resume.
