I actually think Holt does have more single shot power, especially in his left hook ( cant see Kahn surviving the hook that dropped Bradley). Remember the Torres ko? He was the only one to ever drop Bradley as well, pro or amateur. In fact Bradley stated that Holt punches harder than Abragu at 147.
If Maidana couldnt Ko Khan, why would he KO Bradley....

I must have completely missed the boat with Maidana......
I hear all sorts of people claim Maidana would KO Bradley if they ever fought....Arent you SLIGHTLY overrating Maidana's power....
This was a guy he couldn't KO Khan, let alone knock him down, and is suppose to be the P4p strongest boxers in Khan.....
I have not seen anything in Bradely to suggest he has a weaker chin than Khan and Bradley seems to have better head movement than Khan......
So could someone please give me a logical explanation as to why Maidana could KO Bradley.....
Everyone is still under rating khan's heart, skills and fighting spirit.
why?maybe they just dont like his style, maybe they dont like him?,his race?his religion?his percieved personality that some people think he has?.
maybe the american talents are being hyped up too much, despite them being good, they are not special fighters in the like of mayweather or mosley.
People still dont rate khan as an athlete and a warrior,
he will become undisputed light welterweight champion of the world,no doubt about that what so ever!.Comment

Maidana was gassed badly in that fight, probably alot do to that body shot delivered by khan (the fact maidana got up from that is increadible).
However, had Khan not landed that masterful shot, and continued to make Maidana chase him, and not had the assistance of Cortez (lets face it, cortez doesn't let guys get inside and work) I think Maidana would've dropped khan, KO'd him? maybe not, but definatly would have dropped him, a gassed maidana wobbled khan something aweful.
Maidana vs Bradley would be interesting though.
I'd like to see a khan vs Maidana rematch though, really good fight in my opinion. I hate cortez though, i think he's a ****ty ref and shouldn't be given any more interesting fights till he can keep from getting in the way.Comment

If Kendall Holt couldn't drop some of the journeymen on his resume even once, why would he drop Bradley twice?
Boxing doesn't work that way. There's no line of reasoning that is going to tell you whether one guy beats another for certain. Yeah, looking at past performances are a massive indiator of how fantasy fights might play out, but there are a hell of a lot of variables in boxing and things don't always work out the way that common sense suggests they might.
Some people think Maidana would beat Bradley, but they're in a minority. For almost every match-up involving top fighters you are going to get that. You can't expect 100% of people to feel the same way about a fight, even if the outcome doesn't seem that hard to predict.Comment
