If Maidana couldnt Ko Khan, why would he KO Bradley....

because Bradley isnt as good offensively to keep Maidana off of him, hes not as fast, maybe not as good defense, and Bradley is more open to uppercuts which is one of Maidana's better punches. Bradley also could more easily be lulled into a close range exchange as well.
Im not saying it would happen, but theres a lot more to boxing than simply 'he has a better chin'.Comment

He is a fail.
Early round fighter.
That Torress KO was a damn headbutt that ****ed Torress up. Even then, Torress isn't that great and I believe hans't been fighting since.
Holt may have dropped Bradley 2 times, but he aint a KO puncher that is very good. Why? He lacks the boxing skills to get the KO's.
Maidana would destroy Holt.
DESTROY HOLT LIKE A JEDI.
Bradley wouldn't get KO'd, but if Maidana tags him when he likes to get in close, then ****.Comment

I'm no fan of Khan but the constant accusations being thrown at Cortez's role in the fight are ridiculous. Maidana fought like a piece of s**t, he was using elbows, hitting behind the head, and even swung for Khan when Khan went to touch gloves at the opening bell. The only time I saw Cortez step in was when Maidana was clearly attempting to strike Khan behind the head, which is good refereeing. I get the impression that the Maidana fan boys would have been happy to see another Gerald Mclellan situation. Maidana clearly hurt Khan in round 10, but Khan held on and arguably won the last two rounds. Maidana only has himself to blame for not finishing the job, it was nothing to do with the Cortez.Last edited by wazaa.; 02-01-2011, 02:26 PM.Comment
