What are you talking about, Margarito is the cheapest fighter in the world, Bob Arum always talks about this, Margarito wants any big name so he can get big paydays later.Margarito is fighting cheap right now.

Floyd sees everything his way and since he thinks he's the ****, he might say what he believes is true, but its obviously biased.

He wasnt lying about numbers in talking about Judah. But what he didnt mention was that he isnt popular as well either.

So I doubt Floyd is lying that the offer given to Zab was 40 times the amount of what he made against Spinks. It would be a lie if Zab was getting paid high but 4 million dollars is a small number especially if Floyd beat him. That would be an investment well spent and another reason I believe this offer was on the table was that Arum has deep pockets and just dug down deep and spent almost 13 million on Klitschko vs Rahman...So I believe the money was their.

Also Santos embarrassed Margarito, I see no reason why Zab couldnt do it in a quicker fashion.

i dont doubt that, but like i said it might have been to where zab wasnt getting what he wanted.

i mean zab is the same guy who took on cory spinks twice for 100,000 each time. and the second time it was a sold out arena in spinks hometown. i dont think any fighter would do that. anything could have happened to where that fight went the distance and spinks would have got it no matter what caus they were in his hometown. why do you think he was running the whole time, he knew all he had to do was make it through the fight and he would keep his belts. thank God zab stopped him.

my point is zab will take short money also, but its time for him to get paid, i mean who else only gets 100,000 to fight for an undisputed title even when they are a ****ty challenger? no one and zab has a known name and he still took it,

ZABJUDAH-Margarito wants Zab bad...But Zab aint biting.
Did you skip my reply? He didn't turn it down, he wanted the fight but for non-title. For the title, he wanted 50-50 on the prize money. Since he wasn't getting 50-50, he would agree to fight for $4 million but for a non-title fight.

Biased maybe but he doesn't make **** up. For example, he said that Gatti was a paper champ, had had plastic surgery, and was an overblown "club fighter". ******* remarks, but all true.

Remember Zab was the one who came out and said that he had signed the papers for the fight. It was Floyd who had to clarify that he reneged on the deal a few minutes later.

Gatti is a paper champ... but with the thing about Judah not selling, he failed to mention hes not a big draw either. The impression youd get from his chat transcript was that he was a big draw and could dictate all the terms like he was trying to do. He cant and Im kinda glad Judah is negotiating and not letting Floyd walk over him.

Floyd is still the bigger name, though. Even though Zab has titles he most famous fight is still the loss to Kostya. His win over Spinks was impressive but did little to convince the skeptics. Floyd meanwhile has more or less steamrolled through a brilliant career, with only a minor blemish or two to show for it.

I also applaud Judah for negotiating with Floyd and not letting Floyd make the deals, I dont respect the fact that Judah is fighting another bum though.
