Floyd may spin the truth but he seem to never lie (at least about boxing-related matters), I believe him on this one as well.

Floyd dont lie about numbers and money...Was Floyd telling a lie when he said that in the Gatti fight he made more money than Zab in his whole career? Absolutely not.

So I doubt Floyd is lying that the offer given to Zab was 40 times the amount of what he made against Spinks. It would be a lie if Zab was getting paid high but 4 million dollars is a small number especially if Floyd beat him. That would be an investment well spent and another reason I believe this offer was on the table was that Arum has deep pockets and just dug down deep and spent almost 13 million on Klitschko vs Rahman...So I believe the money was their.

Also Santos embarrassed Margarito, I see no reason why Zab couldnt do it in a quicker fashion.

Agreed, this fight was shaping into a Winky-Trinidad, where there was nothing real on the line. If Zab lost his titles would still be there. I guess he was worried about being embarassed by a guy who is essentially a lightweight, but he's also the #1 p4p so no shame in losing to him.

The thing that sucks about this the most is that Floyd is once again withtout an opponent. Zab, Hatton, Cotto, Freitas, all have wimped out on him. Who knows if a November fight will ever come off.

Zab could take Antonio easy...Margarito is a slow starter while Zab jumps right out of the gate, even in the Tszyu fight he did that. I don't trust Margarito's chin, either, he has been exposed on a few occasions. He's afraid of him for no reason.

You must be talking about another Antonio because Margarito has never been stopped the only fight that hes was stopped was to Santos, because a headbutt,(the Santos fight was close,) Margarito always fights offensive minded like a offensive machine from the beginning to end, Zab was at Margaritos fight against heavy hitting Sebastian Lujan and saw Margarito throw about 70 to 100 shots per round(Margarito literally almost ripped off one of Sebastians ears off, the ear was flapping) and Zab saw what happened To heavy hitting Kermit Cintron, the way Margarito offensively toyed and destroyed Cintron in 5 rounds, Judah and Cintron were at Margaritos fight vs Sebastian Lujan and they both talked confidently like they can beat Margarito, Cintron got pummeled and Judah dont have plans on taking on Margarito anymore.

Plus another thing I would like to add is that Floyd is being groomed as the next boxing superstar so it is clear to see why Arum is digging down deep, because Mayweather has the potential to be the next DLH...Well atleast a shadow of it.....

People will notice this and be like "ohh he isnt that great he is only fighting bums"...Mitchell has been discussed but Hatton should be the one that is fighting Mayweather. Margarito vs Mayweather would be reminiscent of Corrales vs Mayweather to me. The fight could be easily made and Margarito would get a decent payday and it could be hyped up as Margarito being a champion and that Zab is running from him and Mayweather stepped up to the plate and I am sure with HBO broadcasting it would be built up just like that and we would hear numerous times how Zab didnt want to take the fight because of the risk of his belts that MEAN NOTHING and how Mayweather stepped it up to show how true fighters and champions fight....That would bury the hatchet on Judah...

As a fan of Zab I am dissappointed to say the least but don't know if it is all his fault ,I mean at least he is staying active rather than sitting on the titles completely and Hatton taking Maussa is just as lame and dissappionting IMO.
