Oscar doesn't want Zab. Zab needs O$car for cash, win or lose and Oscar is not quite ready to re-enter the ring only to get his ass handed to him.

Margarito is a fight that SHOULD happen and should be the only one on the plate for Zab. Neither fighter has plans and Main Events have already stated they would easily let that fight happen and let Zab have the higher purse which would have been close or at a million.

GL: Floyd also told me that you guys were demanding the fight take place at 148 pounds in a non-title fight. He told me you want to do that because this way you'll be able to get paid and keep your titles after you lose. What's the deal with that?

Zab Judah: "The reason we did that, a non-title fight at 148 was for a purpose. If you're going to negotiate and try to make all the demands we're going to negotiate back with you. In order for me to give him a shot at the undisptued welterweight championship of the world, it's got to be 50-50. Being that Floyd Mayweather didn't want to do that, we negotiated. Let's do a non-title fight, make a whole lot of money and give the fans a great fight. If I'm a coward for not wanting to fight for the championships then he's a coward for not wanting to fight for the titles and split the mone 50-50.

GL: According to the agreement that you faxed back to him it will be a non-title fight at 148, correct?

Zab could take Antonio easy...Margarito is a slow starter while Zab jumps right out of the gate, even in the Tszyu fight he did that. I don't trust Margarito's chin, either, he has been exposed on a few occasions. He's afraid of him for no reason.
