Should they deduct points for running/not engaging?

Boxing off the backfoot seem's to be Dirrells style, I don't know if docking points would force him to stand his ground.Say like, for example, a prime Ricky Hatton and Andre Dirrell are the same size and weight. Imagine how ugly that would be, Hatton holding etc trying to get in close and Dirrell wriggling free and running away. How ugly would that be? Say Dirrell in the Froch fight, and Dirrell in the Abraham fight.
It looks ugly, but you'd probably end up DQ'ing him.Comment

This is what has killed boxing and yet HBO continues to overpay chumps that run and hold for 12 rounds while calling it "skill".
We all know who these chumps are.Comment

Point well made my man!! Sometimes its like some people on here want a fighter to not fight in a way that gives them the best chance to win.
I have to say even though fighters should know how to cut off the ring. That **** Dirrell pulled vs Stevens was downright disgraceful.Comment

If you call Dirrell's style "running" then 'no' they shouldn't deduct points for that.
I happen to like his style.Comment
