i can see both sides of it. lennox lewis made a good point on ringside. its like floyds saying to pac go over there, come over here, sit down, stand up and pac is like who is this **** to be telling me what to do. both sides should drop everything and fight by the rules the NSAC or whatever other SAC gives them. If that means extra drug testing and weight high weight penalties then fair enough.

I don't care what "rules" they use as long as they agree to fight. Neither follow the "given" rules. They BOTH make there own. Pac just picks and chooses when he wants to. At least Mayweather is consistent. Pac's saying he wants to ONLY go by the commissions rules yet his actions contradict that very statement.

Again, Pac HAS come in overweight before. Mayweather HAS NEVER. He just paid in advance to "change" the contract from the agreed weight of 144 to 146. JMM agreed and the fight was re-signed just as it was signed for at a CW of 144. Its really not that complicated. WW is the division Mayweather is fighting at and he has NEVER came in over the WW limit. Yet Pac wants a weight penalty. I have no problem with that at all. Its funny but there is NO issue as Mayweather agreed to it. Pac's NEVER failed a test (neither has Mosley) yet Mayweather wanted testing. Pac didn't and still has NO legal documentation or signed contract stating otherwise to this date. Only he said she said..... and that means dirt in a business.

At the end of the day if you call "coming in overweight" "cheating" than your calling Pac a cheater as HE at one point came in overweight for a fight. Something Floyd has NEVER done yet Pac wants a huge 10 million penalty? No big deal. Demanding a weight penalty is no different than Floyd demanding OST. Both uncalled for yet Floyd agreed while Pac walked away from the fight.

For the first negotiations Floyd accempted all of the Pac's camp terms and gave his term of random bood testing which the Pac camp said no.

Now they are even statements by Pac that they will take a test between rounds.

When did a signed contract get uploaded on the net? I haven't seen this? Where did you find a signed contract stating that Pac agreed? I'm really curious as the "he said she said" of agreeing is just that and means dirt in a business.

Its great to see that a contract was finally signed agreeing to the OST. This will truly allow the ball to be in Floyd's court now that a LEGAL signed contract was signed with Pac's signature on it that is out for display so everyone can see it. Exactly! hypocrisy exposed. In each of his fights since Marquez in 2008, Team Manny always makes the most demands: Catchweights, gloves etc.. and all of the fighters he faces accepts the terms- no prob. BUT when someone puts demands on Manny- ALLLLLLL HELL BREAKS LOOSE!!!!!

Let's Make Sense of This:
Team Manny consistently demands catch weights, smaller gloves and penalties. Fans respond "Well, he's a smaller guy and should not be at a disadvantage" (aka he justified). Manny is not called out for being scared to fight these fighters at their best nor is he called a coward for these demands.

The FLIP SIDE:
Floyd makes a request, BLOOD TESTING, yet his 1 request is scrutinized and labeled an act of a coward. Even more hypocrisy is the fact that hardly no one is criticizing Manny for refusing to take a potentially $50-$100 million dollar fight because he doesn't want to take a blood test- something American's do on a daily basis.

pac has given floyd a reasonable offer so whats the hold up. Floyd has not indicated nothing for the last 4 months that he wants the fight,and you guys say that its pacs fault. you guys are the blind haters here.
