7 days cut off is more than enough, and pac was willing to negotiate further so it could have been less. But what has floyd been doing for the last 4 months. He even lied to the public about negotiations, so please tell me who is holding up the fight. Drug tests isnt even the issue, its just an excuse for him and his fans because he is shiooked.its plain and simple. He has built his career out of being undefeated and he doesnt want to face the humiliation of losing. Thats what it boils down to. We all know it.the peds is just an exuse and floyd fans are taken for the ride once again.

I was only speaking on the PED issue. Lots of people want boxing and sports in general to be cleaned up. Doesn't mean I'm a floyd fan. As for the rest..........Like the man with the louie avi said, stop making stuff up. It's always agreed to after the fact.

As for the fight being held up it's on both camps. I just find it laughable that despite all the obvious matchmaking going on with top rank people still think they have no blame.

My opinion is if floyd decides to be a full time fighter after manny retires than he *****ed out. For right now he has real issue's to take care of. Life comes before business. We'll see what happens.

From all indications Top Rank and Haymon reached an agreement on drug testing during the second negotiations but Floyd choose to go on vacation and beat up women, children and security guards.

I still think this fight happens late 2011 if Floyd avoids jail time.

Whether you people want to admit or not, Floyd should have fought Pac already if he thinks he can win. If Floyd was convinced he can win against Pacquiao then the fight would have been made already under regular Commission rules.

If Floyd believes he could prevail in this fight and Pac is just another challenger he could dominate, he would not have asked for OSDT.

Floyd obviously thinks he can’t win or not sure he can win against Pac. This explains Floyd’s outrageous demands and antics just to avoid a fight with the fighter he calls a midget. Floyd lost this fight already, at least psychologically.

I am not here to belittle floyd’s ability. I consider that man gifted… He just needs a little encouragement and self confidence to make this fight happen.
I hope that ultimately, the huge $$$$$ at stake will be an encouragement too great to resist… confidence or no confidence. My opinion.

peds is their get out of jail card. Its an easy escape route for them. We know for a fact pac has tried to compromise and we know for a fact that floyd lied to the media and has changed his mind from his original offer. And we know for a fact that his dad dont want him to fight pacquiao. Look at the history of both fighters pac has fought everyone.Floyd has coincidently had vacations when real challenges arise. If you guys want to be blind to reality then so be it but dont bring up the peds and pac just to justify a floyd move.

pac is the only one holding up the fight, you idiot he doesnt want to take the test. even when he got his 14 days he refused.
