He did not go to trial my dude.
He pleaded "NO CONTEST" meaning he bypass the trial system, and took a deal.

Reasonable Doubt applies for cases that go to trial.

No trial = No Reasonable Doubt

      Huge Difference

      Evidence hearing: Guilty
      Preliminary hearing: Not Guilty

Hopefully they will hurry up and edit this thread.
what will happen if they don't edit it? .

Vegas stands to make bank if Floyd Jr fights there again and Floyd Jr. will only fight with Roger in his corner and that is all there is to it. Floyd Jr will cut a plea deal and plea down the felonies to misdemeanors and get community service, anger management classes and no jail time....

Exactly,Roger almost kill some innocent lady and he would kill her if Police didnt show up and now he got 1 month community work?

DON KING : " Only in America"

If Floyd gets fair trial,he will go to jail for sure,he was already founded guilty for smashing 2 girls in strip club and this is third time that he is going on trial for woman bashing.

just like his Uncle, he will take a deal

neither him or his Lawyer will put it in the hands of a Jury or Judge

I predict he fights Andre Berto or Devon Alexander in May or Martinez in the Summer and/or he just fights Khan for a HUGE PAY DAY at the end of the year

I know Roger didn't go to trial. He took a plea deal that shouldn't even of been offered. A 'No Contest' plea is a 'guilty' plea. My point is even if Floyd Jr goes to trial, he will not do any jail time. If Roger can get caught in the act and plea out, Floyd Jr will be able to do the same thing...

I think it would show that Mark Vester and Boxingscene as a whole has an agenda and bias Regarding how they report the news if they do not edit it after they have been presented with the facts. It is no other way you can look at it.

              Facts are Facts

I agree with the plea deal however I see Mayweather staying clear of Martinez. Way too much risk with little reward. Mayweather likes low risk, high reward fights and if wanted to take a risk, he would fight Pacquiao for the $40 million + that fight would make him. Martinez would make him half of that amount and Martinez is bigger than Floyd Jr. (size wise)...

No contest has the same effect as a plea of guilty, as far as the criminal sentence is concerned, but may not be considered as an admission of guilt for any other purpose

It is real tricky because our system has so many holes that alot of people get off with serious crimes by pleading no contest instead of guilty.

Roger case is different. Roger had a serious claim to self defense against a professionally trained boxer. Plus other surrounding circumstances.

Floyd will win his case because the person in question has done this before and has a repeat history of making false claims.

Regarding Josie Harris, that may be true. But if it does go to trial and the son takes the stand and says "My father threatened to beat me or my brother if we called the police" then that becomes very serious. Threatening to beat a child will not be taken lightly. Floyd Jr., will most likely be offered a plea deal and will certainly take it. And I guarantee no jail time will be attached. But if it goes to trial and the kid takes the stand, this could be very bad...
