But if it goes to trial and the kid takes the stand, this could be very bad...

Why Does Josie Harris always make it seem Mayweathers Fights using female tactics.
    Pull's Her Hair
    Kick her in the stomach
    Pulled her Arm
    and Threaten to kill her.

If you ever been around these kind of situations you would know that
Men dont pull hair, biitches pulled hair. Thats a tactic Females used when they are fighting. They strach, grap, and pulled.
    Men Punch, Slap, or hold.

But nonetheless, Josie always seems to describe the same altercation all three times she has charged Mayweather with beating her.
Is it me, or does it seem like she was probably the pulling, straching, and grabing somebodies hair.

    In 2003-2005
Josie Harris accepted all the blame for the Dec. 27, 2003, conflict. Which she testified unfolded after she partied with friends and consumed Ecstasy, an illicit stimulant.

Josie Harris downed shots of alcohol and half of an Ecstasy tablet at a nightclub, then stepped into Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s luxurious black Bentley.

She portrayed herself as a scorned and inebriated woman who called police to the nightclub so she would have the upperhand if Mayweather pursued criminal charges against her for her outburst. The 25-year-old woman often giggled while testifying she lied when she told authorities that Mayweather had beaten her. Harris' retraction dealt a serious blow to prosecutors and cost them their star witness.

Josie claim Mayweather Pulled her hair, kicked her, and threaten to kill her.

    In 2010
Josie claims Mayweather Pulled her hair, kicked her, and threaten to kill her
"pulling me by my hair and throwing me on the ground in my living room and began punching me in my head."

She claims Floyd then began "dragging me on the floor and twisting my arm back ... in attempt to try and break it."

Now for some reason, I have reasonable doubt to believe this story for the third time by Ms. Harris

Just like in 2005, one jury said if we have enough Reasonable doubt, and you can't convict someone when there's a lot of reasonable doubt.

So do you have REASONABLE DOUBT to believe Josie Harris story this time?

Maybe I am missing something but I see any mention of the son in your post. But whatever, bottom line is Floyd Jr will do no jail time. If he fights or not, that's a whole another story...

You do not need to be a judicial system expert to understand something so simple.

Mayweather went to his Preliminary hearing today, not a evidence hearing.

          Evidence hearing: Pleaded Guilty
          Preliminary hearing: Pleaded Not Guilty

Hopefully they will hurry up and edit this thread to end the confusion.

Martinez would make him half of that amount and Martinez is bigger than Floyd Jr. (size wise)...

Naw I don't think so, I think the Money would be too big to pass up on that one and Dibella and Martinez won't have any problems with Mayweather's "Demands" so I think he would fight Martinez, Dibella and Martinez won't be difficult to work with, that is why that fight is much more likely then Pacquiao vs Mayweather

only issue they will probably have is deciding which weight to fight at

The odds of them letting the sons testify in court against their dad is very low.

Generally, a child may be held competent to testify if that child (1) understands the obligation to speak the truth on the witness stand; (2) has the mental capacity, at the time of the occurrence concerning which the child is to testify, to receive an accurate impression of it; (3) has a memory sufficient to retain an independent recollection of the occurrence; (4) has the capacity to express in words a memory of the occurrence; and (5) has the capacity to understand simple questions about the occurrence. The final determination of whether the child is competent to testify will rest with the judge, who will evaluate and listen to the child, as well as consider the child's demeanor and manner of testifying.

Well, for Pacquiao, Martinez said the lowest weight he would agree to would be 155 lbs. So maybe Floyd Jr would take that weight but I doubt it. Obviously he wouldn't have to weigh that much but for Martinez, that plays to his strengths. If Floyd Jr wants an advantage, it would have to be at 150 lbs. That would make Martinez have to drain himself to get down there (he hasn't been down that low in a while). Plus, he is already 35 years old and would most likely would be 36 by fight time and as all fighters know, the older you get, those last few pounds are the hardest to get rid of. Only time will tell but I just don't see the fight happening but don't get the wrong idea, I would pay in a heartbeat for that fight...
