The funny thing is that I haven't heard a peep from Gamboa, I mean no reports anywhere or nothing saying about pushing a fight with Juanma, whenever there's a report on Juanma everybody gives him **** about Gamboa, at least he mentions that he wants to fight or at least thats the plan, what have ya'll heard from Gamboa?? This guy has 2 belts and Juanma blows Gamboas resume out of the water, how is this possible?Bull**** fight firts and foremost!!
Now, lets go to analyze this: Rafa claim injury and most here said if it wasnt for the injury he would had KOd Juanma. So there a chance for Juanma to prove he made Rafa quit, and for Rafa to prove he really was injured.
Now I do think Rafa and quit and had a built in in excuse because he knows he would of get a final big pay day in the rematch!!
About Gamboa I like every other boxein fan want Lopez to face him. But why Lopez should be the one chasing Gamboa? I mean Gamboa resume compare to Lopez is garbage. The guy doesnt draw too much either. Lopez is the #1 FW no if, buts or whats. So Gamboa aint pressing a fight with Lopez either? Why didnt Gamboa wanted to negotiate with John?
Gamboa is not pressing for a fight either and he is the one who needs to press for the fight.Comment

For sure, a few years younger and Marquez woulda been a damn close fight. But his age obviously played a factor, especially againts a young, strong, top notch guy like Juanma. Friggin Gamboa and Lopez needs to happen now, its the perfect time, I'd hate this to be one of those fights we don't see till both guys are way past their primes.I love Rafael Marquez however this looks to be a cash-in fight for Juanma. If Marquez was still in his prime (pre-Vazquez wars) then the first fight would have been much more competitive. However, Juanma is just too young and too big for me to feel Rafael has a chance. And I agree with you, just give us Gamboa vs. Lopez already. That has must-see TV written all over it. Let's just hope it's on HBO or Showtime, it's still not a huge fight and worthy of PPV...Comment
