Morales is a good tune up for Marquez. I'm not sure what's his plans next after this fight. In terms of money, I think this is bigger than Soto, Linares, Guerrero and Rios. Khan is the biggest for Marquez. He's not interested, apparently. I don't want even want to mention Berto.Comment

I would like to see JMM against Bradley or Alexander. I really don't want to see at ww but Berto hasn't really done **** (still would be a good fight). Kahn's height, range and speed will definitely give him the most problems, but still interesting fight. Marquez vs Morales good fight, but not for ppv.Comment

If he fights Khan or Berto and lose he can still continue fighting and can even go back to Morales. If he wins against Berto or Khan, he makes a good case for the Pacman triology and retire wuth a good payday.
On the other hand, if he fights Morales and lose... say Bye bye to decent paydays.
If he wins, his stock value will be the same as it was before the fight (no gain).Comment

It would be a good fight, no doubt. But I think he outclasses everyone at that weight at this moment. He wears them down and outlasts them. I'm just not sure this wouldn't be any different with Guerrero. Not to say that I wouldn't watch it. Hell yeeeessss I would.
It would be a war for the first 7-8 rounds before Marquez starts taking his toll and takes over. Or he get's old overnight and The Ghost takes his mantle. Either way, who else can he fight there that would stand a chance... Maybe Soto?
A move to 140 may be his only opportunity for a good money fight. Just my opinion.
/discuss??
Personally, I want Rios to get someComment

This is the exact same thing boxing fans will never get from Marquez. Arum was offering the equivalent amount of what he got from his fight with Mayweather. Something like $2.5 million. If you decide to refuse such offer, you should make sure that the alternatives are better.
He is now picking Morales because that would be an easier fight than a Khan or Berto. That's cherry picking to boxing fans.Comment
